I intend to clarify the role of school building condition in the reproduction of unfair social outcomes such as poor academic achievement. I want to understand how is it that the school as a behavior setting with specific affordances plays a role in the psychology of its users. I am interested in the environmental meaning produced and reproduced in the transactions between school buildings and their users.
